The object's description:
The terminal is situated 19 km from Moscow Ring Road along the Leningrad
Highway, near Sheremetievo-1 Airport, and has convenient access roads.
There is a branch railway behind the terminal's territory with a special
platform for cargo trains' unloading connected with the Moscow railroad's
Savelovsky route. The object's territory occupies 1.4 hectares. The whole
complex consists of the heated buildings (10 000 sq. km. Total area)
communicating with each other by means of sliding gates. The entrance to
the territory is realized through the check-point with the gates
(11-meters wide). Free and convenient cargo transportation's entry is
provided by access roads.
The object is 24-hours guarded (off-departmental guard, video-control).
The terminal consists of four buildings: office one and warehouses.
- Warehouse: 2140 sq. km. total area, cat-crane with 15 tons carrying capacity.
- Warehouse: 2400 sq.km. total area, two cargo windows, equipped with automated section gates with electric drive.
- Warehouse: 3700 sq.km. total area, three cargo windows, equipped with automated section gates with electric drive.
- Inside yard: Cargo and motor transport parking, asphalt, well-attended territory.
